How To Order

Order Form:

Ordering is easy, simply highlight and copy (Ctrl + C)

and then paste (Ctrl + V) the below form into a blank email,

complete all applicable fields and send to reneescandles1@gmail.com

Subject line should read: CANDLE ORDER & SURNAME

We will require at least 3 week turnaround for orders

Urgent orders can be placed but will incur a small surcharge.

· A verse is included at back of candle if you would like one, or if you have something special you would like to write yourself, I will be happy to include this, you can email this to me. ( I will email verses once order is placed)

No extra cost

No extra charge for artwork design or photo inclusions. All prices include complete personalising front & back of the candle and ribbon finish.

Artwork

I will email artwork proof for approval before I proceed with your order. Full payment is required before commencing work on your candle

- Once details have been sent & payment has been received, I will email you a proof for your approval to ensure the candle is designed to your satisfaction before being made.
- Review and approve your chosen design.

Your Candle will be personalised with the text exactly

as shown on the proof, if you have approved it.

PLEASE NOTE: Items personalised that have been approved cannot be returned unless buyer pays for all alterations & postage. Please carefully double check spelling & grammar.

Payment

I accept payment via bank deposit (online or branch), PayPal (PayPal email address - reneescandles1@yahoo.com.au) Money order or cash on pickup. Please use surname as payment reference when transferring funds and advise me once payment has been made.

All larger orders

All candle orders over 10 candles require 50% deposit before candles can be started. Thank you

Delivery

Please allow 3 weeks for order delivery and at least 6 weeks for large orders. All orders are posted via express post at an additional cost, please email me for cost, as cost will depend on amount of candles ordered and location. Allternatively you are welcome to pick up your order from Dapto, south of Wollongong, Australia.

- Urgent orders can be placed "done within a week" but will incur a small surcharge.
- Every care is taken when packing the candles to ensure they are received to your satisfaction.

No responsibility held for candles damaged, lost/stolen due

to mishandling in the post.Thank you for understanding.
